'around every corner' freezing

in The Walking Dead - PS3 Support

When lee is climbing the ladder to Kenny in the loft the game freezes and is unplayable from that point onwards. I can however pause the game and go to the main menu though. There is not a problem with my PS3 as other games work and like I said before, I can pause the game. How can I fix this issue and move on with the game? Thanks.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing this issue, please try resetting your console, then start the game again, and you should be able to rewind to the previous chapter/checkpoint before this point in the episode, and you should then be able to progress successfully.
