Season Pass DL Issues

I purchased, DL and completed episode 1. I then bought the season pass to complete the rest of the story. The download was corrupted (I think my XBox may have been accidentally turned off during DL). Now it says I have purchased the Season Pass but I need to DL. When I click on any of the episodes after episode 1 (or season pass) it says "no content available for purchase" but there is no option to re-DL. I have tried everything, delete game and redownload, empty cache and restart DLC, I even spent an hour or two with XBox support to try and figure out what to do. They eventually told me I had to contact the game maker to resolve the issue. Please help, sick game, I would like to continue playing, but this is pretty frustrating.

    Can you please clarify if you are experiencing issues downloading the Season Pass file, or Episodes 2-6? We are currently working on fixing an issue where Episodes 2-6 are showing as available before they are actually released. We hope to resolve the issue in the near future. Please note, Episodes 2-6 are not yet available, and they will be released one at a time, between 4 and 6 weeks apart.
