This might have been mentioned before but I did not notice it in the few pages That I looked at.
I purchased The Walking Dead Seasons 1 and 2 on the App Store, and I recently got a Ps4 and was wandering if I could get both seasons on the Ps4 without having to buy them both again. Thank You.

    Unfortunately games cannot be transferred between platforms. If you wish to play on your PS4, you will need to purchase the PS4 versions of the games.
