The gameplay will be in the style as Telltale's recent games, the playable character will make choices and choose dialogue in the same way that they do in The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones.
Telltale hasn't shared many story details yet. The Info Quest II "game" isn't a very accurate version of what the actual Telltale game will be like - that was just made as a simple and tongue-in-cheek way to answer some questions that people had in the form of a minigame.
As OzzyUK said, the gameplay will very likely be similar to Telltale's newer titles in that you will make player choices through dialogue selection and quick time events/on screen button prompts. The game won't directly have the same gameplay as Minecraft, but it is likely Telltale will add some extra form of interaction to make the game feel similar to Minecraft.
