Savegame Bug - the state of affairs?

Dear telltale-team,

up in front: thanks for walking dead season i. It is a really really awesome game.
Now i'd like to start season 2 - i bought it (like season one EU Version, i'm from germany) from the PS4 Store.

Up to now, i cannot import the savegame from season one - and without that savegame i dont want to start season 2.

Is there now a solution for that bug? It hurt and its annoying that i still cannot start playing season two.

    @liquiem If you are located in the EU region, and are unable to import your saves from Season One, please make sure that you have updated both Season One, and Season Two to the latest version, then start Season Two, and try importing your saves again. If you still experience issues, can you please clarify if both Season One and Season Two are both the EU region versions of the game?
