crashes on episodes 2
I brought the season pass and it won't let me play episode 2 it will load up and crash and.then ill have to go back and try it again I uninstall redownload all the episodes and episodes 2 is still not working any ideas cause I'm out of ideas .. I have a kindle fire HD 7

Can you please clarify which generation Kindle Fire HD you are using? Also, please make sure that you have closed any and all other apps running in the background by following the steps in This Article and see if you are able to play Episode 2 successfully.

Using an Asus MeMo Pad 7 (If it's important: Android 4.4; Intel atom 1.33 GHz processor; 1 GB DDR3 memory)
I know it's been a known issue for awhile, but I just thought I would add in that I am another user having trouble with starting TWAU Episode 2. After tapping Start Episode, the little loading wheel does its spin animation for a few seconds, then it stops, the game closes itself a few seconds later, and I am sent back to my main apps screen. I have tried erasing my data, erasing/redownloading the Episode, and reinstalling the application entirely, but with no luck.
Episode 3 seems to start just fine, however -- but I've kinda tried to avoid skipping into the game, so I don't know if this problem persists into the later episodes.
And perhaps less of an issue, the game seems to crash occasionally during Episode 1 when attempting to load a new scene (however, this is easily resolved by quitting all other apps/tasks, or restarting the device, and then trying again). As mentioned above, I haven't tried skipping farther into the game, so I'm unsure if/how the other episodes play, and if this minor problem persists. I feel like this is mostly an issue with memory limitations on my device, however. (Is an option to lower the texture quality on android devices even a thing? I honestly don't do a lot of gaming, so I don't know how possible/practical that is, or if that would help.) It's no big deal, and I can work around it just fine -- I just thought I would point it out, in case it'd be useful to you all.
But aside from that, the game manages to run relatively well, there aren't many noticeable hiccups in framerate or anything like that -- at least not to me.
Hopefully this little report helps you all out in some way, and I appreciate the effort you all do!

Please also make sure that you have updated both the game application, and your Kindle device to the latest OS version. If they are already, I recommend deleting Episode 2 from the game application, then re-downloading it, and see if you are able to start a new game on another save slot, and play Episode 2 successfully after it has been installed.

Please also try deleting the app’s data and cache follow the steps below:
1) Tap the Settings icon from the Home screen and select "More."
2) Tap "Applications" and filter by All Applications.
3) Tap the app’s icon and tap "Clear Data." (Clear cache)
4) Turn your device off, then on again before attempting to start the app again.
Thread: Unable to play episode 2 on my Fire HD 6
Dear Telltale developers, there seems to be a problem with episode 2 on my reader Fire HD 6. Episode 1 works perfect, but when I try to load episode 2, I'm forced back on the home screen. I am not aware if this is a problem with other episodes but I suggest you check it out. Yes, I did uninstall and reinstall the episode, did not work. Yes, after I download episode 2 I deleted my save data and re-played episode 1 as you suggested to another user but that too also didn't work. So I hope you realise that this is a problem for other Fire HD 6 user's too like StevenpYoung and GHawk318 are having the same problems. And yes, I do have the latest system update. I payed 14.99 for this... please fix it and let me know.

And it the same problem with the fired Hd 7 as well . Idk what to do at this point I paid 14.99 and it sucks that I can't play each episode and not have to worrry about it crashing when I play
Can you please clarify what Android OS your Kindle Fire HD 7 is currently updated to?
Dear Telltale Staff, I did manage to get episode 2 working but this is fucking ridiculous. Pardon my foul language but this android version (which the fire HD 6, fire HD 7 is an android device) of the game has problems. I also encountered a bug on episode 3 where all the characters mouths were suddenly closed shut and every choice was "there is no choice", but restarted twice and then it worked fine. But episode 4 suffers the same problem as fucking episode 2! what kind of buggy crap is this? Like I said. I have the latest system update which is Fire OS 4.5.2. I also tried to do the same thing as episode 2 but I still can't play it! Clearing the app cache and clear data DOES NOT WORK. Re-Doing the episodes DOES NOT WORK. WHAT THE HELL, if this was a problem in the past don't you think you guys should have fixed it by now??? If episode 2 and 4 continues to have the same problems, then I will want to have to talk to an higher authority about this becuase this is ridiculous.
It's updated to date fire OS 4.5.2

Unfortunately at this time we are looking into the issue, and it appears you have tried all of my potential solutions. I hope to have more information on a resolution for the issue soon.
HEY, don't ignore me as well. I paid 14.99 dollars for this game. Please inform me and everyone else when you have fixed the problem (as it should have been fixed a long time ago.
