I just bought this game and am excited to play it. However, when I press Start it goes to a blank black screen. I got to play it one time for 2 minutes and then it froze. I bought another copy of the game. Is it required to be connected to internet? Helpppppp

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which model Xbox 360 you are currently using, how large the hard drive is, and how much space you have left on the hard drive? After I receive this information, I will be able to assist you further.

    I have the Xbox 360 slim 4g. I have 2.5g left

    Please note that as stated on the cover of the game case, a local hard drive is required to play the game successfully. Acquiring and installing an internal hard disk drive compatible with your Xbox360 4GB console will resolve this issue (a hard disk drive connected via your Xbox 360’s USB port will NOT provide a remedy).
