No game save on my xbox on the first season

Hi,

I just started today the walking dead session 1 on my xbox360. I have the digital (downloadble) version of the game. I downloaded all the episodes and the title update is also there.

I just played from episode 1.1 to 1.4 (I got 4 achievements) and then I was to sleep. To end the game I went to the main menu of the game and then click on the quit game and when to the dashboard. However, I got a bad surprise. I have not any game save on my hard drive. I start the game again to check this, and it says I should begin a new game. So all my progress is lost. Please, may you let me know if this is a normal situation or something is wrong? and how can I fix this?

    I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Can you please clarify if you are playing the Full Game version of Episode 1, or the Trial/Demo version of the game? Also, can you please clarify if you were connected to the internet the first time you started the game so that you received the latest Title Update for the game?
