Won't appear in transfers

in Game of Thrones - PS3 Support

Hi,

So I bought the season pass but nothing will show up on my transfers.

Let it be said that first, I couldn't even find the game while searching on the PS store while accessing from the PS3 directly.

I then looked up accessing the PS Store from my computer, found it and bought the season pass.
But now, nothing will show up when I look it up in the transfer queue.

I'm accessing from Portugal, if that's any help.

    I apologize for the delayed response. If you have purchased the Season Pass for the PS3, please make sure that you have downloaded and installed both the Episode 1 Demo, and the Unlock Key (1.2mb file), then start the game, and you should have access to the full game.

    You should be able to find both download files in your View Downloads menu in the Playstation Store.

    It's ok, thanks for taking the time to reply.

    I'm not able to download the episode 1 demo because the game doesn't even appear in the store. The only GoT title I can see is that other game that is not a Telltale production. Curiously, The Wolf Among Us and Tales from Borderland both show up.

    Could this have to do with regions?

    Also, neither file appears in my view downloads menu in the Playstation Store (but other files from other games do).

    If you are unable to see the Episode 1 Demo on the Store, please try the method another forum member has stated he was able to find the Episode 1 Demo below:

    Creating a second PSN account going to the Playstation Store allowed me to see the Demo. Downloaded the Demo and then logged back into my main account to find everything as it should be.

    Does this mean that this issue isn't going to be resolved? I'd rather not have to create a second PSN account, so if I can just wait for this to be fixed I will, but if there are no plans to sort this out I'd like to know.

    We are currently working on resolving the issue in the near future. This is a workaround for players experiencing the issue now, and are currently unable to play the game.
