Season Pass Gone

I have Season 1 on my Kindle Fire HDX. It worked great when I had it and it's my favorite Kindle game. I had to make room for the new Game of Thrones game, so I uninstalled it, thinking that Telltale would never deprive me of the product I paid for. I was wrong. So, I contacted Amazon to find out what happened and if I could get my game back. Amazon tends to make good on things and quickly, unlike my prior experiences with Telltale. Amazon informed me that Telltale Games opts to treat their episodes as "in-app content" and they have opted to not allow "in-app content" to be reinstalled once uninstalled. First of all, how on earth is the game ITSELF "in-app content". "In-app content" implies that something is extra. Episodes are not extra. They are the game itself. I want my game back, but Amazon says that they cannot restore purchases from Telltale. I was told to contact Telltale and request my game back. I see that others have had this problem and that it was recommended that they repurchase them. I am not willing to take the risk of shelling out another $15 for nothing. I would appreciate any help and if someone else has "repurchased" the game, did it charge your? Or were you allowed to download the game you already paid for without having to pay twice? Also, is it going to be like this with my Kindle versions of TWAU and GoT? I own both and now I'm afraid to uninstall and I don't have much storage space.

Deleting the Full Game application will delete all downloaded content associated with the game. If you are experiencing any issues re-downloading the game, or the episodes, please make sure that you are logged into the same Amazon account that you originally purchased the game with, and also that you are following the purchase path to re-download the same item(s) that you originally purchased. (If you purchased the Multi-Pack with all episodes, you will need to follow the path to purchase that. If you purchased each episode individually, you will need to follow the path to purchase each individual episode.)

Please note that in order to save space in the future, you can delete Episodes 2-5 from within the game apps to create space on your device. You can delete them by opening the game application, then going to Episodes, then in there, you can choose an episode, and tap Delete at the bottom to delete it.

I got the First Episode for free on Amazon and purchased Episode 2 and 3 in-app. Now after uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again I cannot restore my purchases. If I use the same path to purchase the Episodes Amazon keeps telling me, that I already bought this article. When I close this message, GoT still says: Available now, instead of Purchased & Not installed as before. What can I do?

I installed the game via Amazon App Shop on a Galaxy Tab S 10.5 on Android 4.4.2

In the Main Menu, below the "Episodes" menu item, there is an exclamation mark. What does that mean?

The Exclamation mark under the Episodes menu button means that there are episodes available that you have not yet downloaded. If you are still experiencing the issue, please try restarting the app a few times while connected to the internet, and see if the episodes on the Episodes menu update to show as 'Purchased but not Downloaded'. If they still show as 'Available' instead of 'Purchased' please try following the steps in This Amazon Webpage on how to recover a deleted item from the Cloud, and see if you are able to restore your app this way.
