S + m dvd

A question about the season 2 dvd...

Because I purchased each episode seperately, can I get a coupon or something to get the DVD?

Sure, just send an email to support@telltalegames.com and ask for one. (Include some your username or order numbers or the email address on your order, so we can look up your account and verify that you bought the episodes separately.)

Alex sent you a coupon last week via our support system and I just saw another email from you asking for one, so I'm not sure if you're getting our emails. I just resent the coupon code. If you're not receiving them, please send me a PM.

^ You guys need to look into this. The same thing happened to me (not receiving your response).

@PimPamPet, it's actually something we can't control. PC users and ISP's can both have crazy paranoid spam filters in place that will prevent anything seemingly "mass-mail" to pass through. Maybe you could create a filter allowing emails from "support@telltalegames.com" to come through?

Hey, thanks for the PM! But I've looked, it doesn't seem like I'm responsible for this problem. My spam filter doesn't appear to be blocking your e-mails. I have no clue what's causing this.

I don't think Alex was suggesting that you're responsible. Your ISP is probably rejecting our email before it even gets to you. Why they're doing that, we don't know. :(

It seems that some ISPs block some of our emails some of the time. :p We've done our best to research the issue but haven't been able to figure out why it happens. Sometimes people get the auto response but not the actual response from a person, and sometimes the email just doesn't show up. Believe me, it's as frustrating for us as it is for you guys, but we have double and triple-checked that it's not a problem on our end.

Anyway, when this happens the best thing to do is come here and post that you didn't get a response so we can follow up through the forums. Not ideal, but it gets the job done!

    I see. Thanks for clarifying.

    Hello,

I believe I may be having the same problem. I sent two emails regarding S&M Season One DVD (episodes purchased separately) from two different accounts, and got two automated replies (issue 17402 and 17591), but no, um, "human" response. If you could please look into it, that would be fantastic.

    Thanks very much in advance.

I just sent you a PM containing the email you didn't get. Sorry about that!
