hi,hope someone can help.in second case.am stuck.have 3 hints but not helping.i cant get encrypted email from computer in hotel room.have read various instructions on how to do so but it hasnt worked.toolbox will not come up.help!!!!

    Are you able to enter the computer and look at the various icons? Or are you not able to click on the computer to examine it at all?

    Also, which 3 hints have you asked for?
