'Unlocking game content' problem

I live in Belgium, Europe and I'm experiencing a problem with unlocking the game content for the game of thrones series u made.
First of all, I'll let u know how I bought the game and such. I wanted to buy the game on PS3, so I searcher on the pd store on my device itself as that is way more easy, but I couldn't find it in any way. So I went online on my computer and bought it on the psstore on the internet on the computer, for the PS3. I couldn't find a key of any sorts in my downloadlist neither in my downloadable content list though. I can verify the transaction was made because I can see it at the list of services on my PS3 that there was a transaction for Game of Thrones: Season Pass (€17,99).
Because I was unable to spot this download I searched on the ps store support and found that any content I buy should be in my download list.
Well it wasn't and it isn't. I've also already downloaded the demo and the demo itself is playable. If I go to the episodes section however and try to buy it again it says there is no content available at the moment for episode 1 and I should try later.
Quick summary:
I have to be able to download my unlock key, maybe it has something to do with me buying it from the pc but it shouldn't.
The demo says there is no content available whatsoever to download, maybe that needs a fix as well.
I hope to be replied to as soon as possible

I even found the season pass on the ps store now by going through action & adventure. It says I bought it and it also has a button 'download' next to it which apparently doesn't download anything. When I click this button the typical ps store stripes appear for when something is about to download, but they just go away and nothing happens in the end, very strange.
And of course... I've been searching for about a whole day in forums and stuff and just when I post this I find the problem. Everything is fine, you can delete this post, sorry...
I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you, and I am glad you were able to resolve your issue. For anyone else experiencing this particular issue, please make sure when you purchase the Season Pass, that you download and install both the Unlock Key (1.2mb size file), and the Episode 1: Iron From Ice Demo/Trial version, and the Full Game will unlock.
