Black Screen and game crashes after that
Hi there,
I am playing TWD2 in Steam (Win8) and it crashes continually, especially in the fifth chapter.
The group is spending the night in a electric station. Bonnie has given a bottle to Clem and she has to speak with Jane and Kenny. Each time I try to speak with Jane the game crashes (it happens when she is talking to Clem about an incident in which she drank a bottle of alcohol belonging to her parents...).
There is no way to continue playing. I have tried to play and pass this scene several times along the afternoon and it is absolutely impossible.
Please, someone can say me what could I do to pass the scene? Is TTG gonna fix these annoying bugs someday? I have recently read TTG is working (or it is gonna work) in the Third Season of TWK... Before doing this, are you gonna spent a while for fixing the bugs in the previous Second one? Please, do it.
Hope that you patch the Second Season soon.

After looking over your Support Tool information, it appears that you're computer's graphics card is currently performing below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. I recommend that you first make sure that your graphics card's drivers are updated to the latest version, then start the game and see if you are able to progress past that point in the episode.
If the issue persists, please also try changing the game to Windowed Mode using the PC Shortcut (Alt+Enter), then changing the in-game resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting, then continue the episode from where you left off, and you should then be able to successfully progress without experiencing the issue.
Honestly I didn't check the system requierements before running the game. I have already played TWD-S1 and 400Days and they run perfectly... I have made a backup I am playing in a PC instead my laptop. Now it works properly. Thank you for solving the issue.
