Purchased Walking Dead Season 1 already
I purchased season one years ago off your site via digital download. I have since had to reinstall windows after a hard drive failure, and seem to have no way to download my previous purchase. I have just purchased season 2 off steam and I was looking for a solid play through during the blizzard and I can't seem to find a legal way to download a full version of the game i purchased.

You should be able to find and download any game purchased directly from this website on your "My Games" page (which you can reach by clicking on the down arrow on the left of the megaphone icon at the top of this page, then on "My Games").
If the game does not appear on your "My Games" page, e-mail Telltale's customer service at support@telltalegames.com and be sure to include the Telltale user name and e-mail address associated with the purchase, as well as the order number if you have it.
