They have done it already with some scenes like 'The Rains of Castamere' in the intro and even the tv show intro music as well.
This is a personal favorite of mine. Dunno where they could fit it in, but it's frickin' awesome!

I agree, it would be nice. I know they used some original music from Borderlands 2 for TFTBL, it would have been nice to hear a little more from GOT since the show has a great score.
