How to Sync Save Files for Walking Dead?

So for the walking dead there's the cloud symbol next to the game so I thought it would automatically sync the save files to the cloud and you could access them from any device (this is for steam). But that wasn't the case for me. I followed somebody's advice of going to the saves under the telltale walking dead folder on my windows 8 laptop, saving it to a usb and then transferring the file to on my windows 7 pc. That didn't work... I finished season one on my laptop and bought the 400 days DLC which I want to play on my laptop. I want my choices to carry to the DLC though, so any idea how I could get the save files from my laptop to my pc? It's just the laptop is functional, but is kinda buggy at the moment. Thanks~

    I apologize for the inconvenience. You should be able to copy your 'The Walking Dead' folder from your \Documents\Telltale Games\ file directory from your laptop, and then install the game on your PC, and replace the 'The Walking Dead' folder in the same place on your PC, with the one you copied from your laptop. You should then be able to continue from where you left off.
