GoT not working for all accounts on XBox 360

in Game of Thrones - Xbox 360 Support

My roommates and have been purchasing all the Telltale Games for our Xbox 360. Most recently, Borderlands and GoT.

While Borderlands works fine on all our accounts on our machine, GoT is only working for my account, and not on my roommates. On their accounts it tells them they only have the trail version, despite us purchasing the game for our machine.

How do we fix this?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If your account were to be associated with another Xbox 360 console than the one you are using with your roomates, you may need to transfer the license to your new console. To do this please follow the steps in this thread on how to transfer licenses to a new console:

    Please make sure to read the steps under the 'License Transfers - New Consoles' section.

    Please also make sure that you have downloaded the full game, and you are not playing the demo/trial mode. You can do this by going to the Xbox Marketplace and going to the game's page and make sure that you are downloading the full game and not the demo/trial version.

    Thank you for your response, but the issue is trouble accessing the game on multiple accounts on the same console. It's fully downloaded, and works on my account, but not on my brothers'. We all have Xbox Gold accounts, and we don't have this problem with any other games.

    I have not heard of this particular issue occurring before. Please try the suggestions in This Microsoft Support Page and see if you are then able to play on another account on the same console.

    i cannot download season 2 ,says purchased, microsoft has tried helping, not there end , its the games issue, WHATS UP?????

    Have any idea why XBOX 360 players can't download yet? I'm getting an "unable to download warning #8007....Etc"
