Refund

I downloaded TWAU fro my android device (Galaxy S3) when I learned the hard way about the Ep.2 crash bug. I emailed the support team about issuing a refund and I havn't received a reply in a week after 3-4 emails about the subject. How do I get a hold of them?

Also on an unrelated note I also submitted a ticket about the Ep.2 crash almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received a reply for that either.

  • I would recommend you send to them asking how to fix it, instead of just refunding

  • Its been a problem for quite a while. Whenever someone asks if it can be/will be fixed, all they say is "Sorry but your device doesn't meet the minimum specs"

    I apologize for the inconvenience, and the delayed response. Unfortunately it appears that your Android device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses a Mali-T400 series GPU. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.
