Is it possible, to synchronise?

Hi!
I have just tried Walking Dead Season 1 on my android phone. I'm curious about, if I can synchronise my game progress to my android tablet automatically? Or save my game progress to import it to another android device? And by the way, is it possible in your other android games (Borderlands, Game of Thrones, Wolf Among Us)?
