Episode 2 Download Issue - Mac

I have played through episode 1 and was expecting episode 2 to be available today. However, the game still says "episode 2, coming soon." I have tried uninstalling the game from my computer, but there is still no option to download the next episode. Any suggestions? I'm also on EST if that makes a difference...

    You have to move your saved game folder in order to download it worked for me on mac but its very laggy and unplayable first episode was fine so god knows whats going on with it.

    How do you do that, exactly? Sorry, I'm so frustrated right now, and there shouldn't even be a problem like this. So if you could take me through this step by step, I'd appreciate that.

    I apologize for the delayed response. If you are experiencing an issue downloading Episode 2 for Mac, please make sure you have downloaded the
    Patch available for the game, by starting the game, and it should pop up on-screen. If you are experiencing issues downloading the patch via in-game, please also try downloading it directly from a web browser, and follow the steps in the Game of Thrones PC/Mac Patch Thread to download the patch and place it in the right directory.
