Zombies hangin' out in malls- 203

edited June 2009 in Sam & Max
Yes, I never got that joke:
"zombies hangin' out in malls are just another hateful stereotype Max"
Is that inspired from "dead rising" one of my favorite video games (on the xbox 360) or something else

    probably refers to this movie:
George A. Romero's: Dawn of the Dead

And Dawn of the Dead is probably a reference to that.

At least it was most likely inspired.

    Or copied.

    Or something.

Right, Dawn of the Dead from 1978, still the best zombie movie ever made, in my opinion. They set Dead Rising in a mall to reference Dawn of the Dead.

Yep, the case of Dead Rising says "This game was not developed, approved or or licensed by the owners or creators or A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead."
