    I apologize for the delayed response. After looking over your support tool information, you should be able to play the game successfully. If you are seeing a black screen after completing Episode 1, can you please clarify if you are able to see your Choices/Stats screen after completing the episode, and then are reaching a black screen, or are you getting the black screen right after watching the Next-Time On?
