Episode 2 - Mac - Yosemite
Telltale, get it together already please. You have no issues charging us up front for these episode releases, but when it comes time for you to deliver where are you??
I am running a iMac 27 inch w/ the latest release of Yosemite. I have tried every suggestion in this forum, including a full uninstall and reinstall of my game. Yes I have applied the patch, yes I have rebooted the computer, yes I have reinstalled, no I cannot download Episode, yes it still says it is "coming soon".
Either this wasn't tested on your end, or you are clearly trying to punish Mac users. Either way its not fair, get some real support on this forum, or setup a 1800 number we can call and get support.
Please do not tell us that your "patch" will fix it, we as a community have tried this, we are patiently waiting for you to fix this.......

I have had this same problem telltale and the only fix is to move the save files folder in application support/telltale games to my desktop....we shouldn't have to do this! Also this makes the game incredibly laggy and unplayable. Also I only just had an email saying this was available at 1:30AM GMT and I still cannot download episode 2 using the method you have suggested.
I apologize for the delayed response, we are currently looking into an issue with the Mac patch where some Mac users are unable to download the episode after downloading and installing the patch. We hope to have more information soon, unfortunately at this time I do not have any updates.
