GoT EP 2: Castle Black - Minor Bug

On the PC version you can not Look at the Bell, since the game won't let your mouse to the very top of the screen.
That is a bug, i just wanted Telltale to be aware of it.

    I am having this issue as well. I thought that it might have been a conflict with resolution or being full screen, but it isn't. This issue also causes directional quick-time events to not function properly with the mouse

    If you are currently experiencing the issue, can you please clarify if you have tried playing this particular scene in both Windowed Mode, and Full Screen Mode, as well as tried multiple resolutions? Also, what is your computer monitor's native resolution, and what is the current resolution you are using inside the game?
