Anyone else have trouble with the Finn fight

So with the fight with Finn, did anyone else have trouble hitting him when he was down. I only managed to hit him twice because his prompt almost never showed up

    I had quite a bit of trouble with it myself. I managed to hit him twice, but that was it.
