Episode 2 Crash

I have a Huawei Ascend G6, and while playing TWAU it doesn't let me even start Episode 2. Please, I want solutions. If not, I want a refund.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are unable to progress because of a crashing issue, I recommend rewinding to the previous chapter/checkpoint before you experienced the crash, and replay through that particular part of the Episode again. If you still experience the issue, can you please clarify if this is right after the choice to go to Crane's apartment instead of another location? If so, I recommend try choosing to go to another location instead of Crane's apartment, and see if you are then able to continue the episode without experiencing the issue.

  • I just purchased the season pass for this game on Kindle as well. I've tried every action listed above but the game crashes on my device any time I try to launch episode 2 as well. Is there something I'm not doing? Is the game broken on Kindle? And if it is, will my season pass carry over to the Google Play store? Because this is just about officially too much hassle and difficulty for any game, no matter how invested I am.

Can you please clarify which model/generation Kindle Fire you are currently using to play the game? Also, what OS version is it currently updated to? If you purchased the game application from the Amazon App Store, it will unfortunately not be able to be transferred over to the Google Play App Store.
