Why my code did not work before I validated my account?
May I ask why my if I redeemed my game before my account it will no longer work. There should be no reason why I can't log on to my game after I download it just because I didn't go through registration rigmarole. I apologize if I'm being rude but I've severely nonplussed by using your proprietary service.

My apologies, unfortunately it appears that when you redeemed the code, you mistyped your email address. I have transferred the redemption code over to your Telltale account @Caphall, and you should now be able to play the game successfully!
