Sound works, but black screen.

Hey,
So, I own Game of Thrones on pc and purchased it on steam. I opened the game for the first time since release day for the new episode and turned the graphics up just one setting. Immediately the whole screen went black, but the sound kept playing. I tried reopening it and it was still all black and the sound on. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, uninstalling steam and reinstalling, changing it to open in windowed, and rebooting my whole system. Still it just boots with no image. please help! I am so excited for this game!

    Please download and run the GOT PC Support tool. It will take a while. Let it run until it says "FINISHED" at the bottom.
    Once it's done it will open an explorer window containing a file named "GOT_support_data_pc.zip".
    Please upload that file to https://www.sendspace.com/ and post the download link into a new reply in your thread.

    @Kestersauce I apologize for the delayed response. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/black screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.
