Episode 2 is Currently Unplayable on My iPhone 5C

I downloaded Ep 2 for iOS today and discovered that it's extremely glitchy. The game becomes unplayable during the first fight, as the glitches make it impossible for Asher to manoeuvre out of the way of the soldier's blade; thus causing him to die every time. Is this a known issue with the iOS release or is there maybe just a problem with how my device DLed and installed the game?

    I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. We are aware of an issue with hitching/stuttering in Episode 2 on the iOS platform, and are currently working on an update/resolution for the issue.
