Sound Issue
Hello. I downloaded episode 2 no problem, but after the first segment with Asher the background sound is completely mute, aside from the voice actors. Can't continue playing a game with sound problems. Hopefully this is addressed and fixed soon as I enjoy your products, thank you.

i have the excat opposite problem background and music but no voices posted athread about it yesterday theres a cpl of ppl with sound issues just another thing wrong with this game hopefully it will get patched.
Same. All audio works except for dialogue and voices are muted. Will not play
My apologies for the delayed response. If you are experiencing any issues with audio not playing, this may be due to an incomplete, or corrupted download file. I recommend deleting the Episode from your Xbox One's Storage Device, and re-downloading it from the Xbox Marketplace, then start the game again, and your issue should be resolved.
Hi Mike. I did this, along with clearing the xbox one's cache and I still get the issue.
Can you please clarify if you have tried closing the game, and all other applications open and running on your Xbox One, then resetting the console, and try opening just Game of Thrones. Also, make sure that you are connected to the internet when starting the game again to make sure you have received the latest content available for the game.
