Black screen

When the game starts music plays and I see a black screen And when I tab out and Tab back in it turns to a white screen with music playing. Does anybody know how to fix this

  • It may just be a problem with your PC. Mine isn't that great so it had that problem as well. Just close the game, restart your PC, and it should work, it did for me. If not, post this in Support.

  • It had run the game before but now it just keep showing up as a black screen with music playing and I have tried restarting multiple times I doubt my machine is inadequate if it has a 8gigs of RAM and I3 with hyperthreading and a GTX 760 it runs far more complicated games

    It may just be a problem with your PC. Mine isn't that great so it had that problem as well. Just close the game, restart your PC, and it should work, it did for me. If not, post this in Support.

    I apologize for the delayed response. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/black screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC, Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.

    If you still experience the issue after trying Windowed Mode, please read this Sticky on how to run our Support Tool, and follow the steps to run the tool, and reply here with the download link copied and pasted into a reply. You can find the Sticky here:
