Episode 2 Crash - Support file included
I've purchased the game from the telltale store (maybe on Steam it's different) and it's currently unplayable.
It crash every X minutes without any apparent reasons.

After looking over your support tool information, can you please clarify if you installed the game to the default install file path, or to a custom file path? If you installed it to a custom path, I recommend try uninstalling and re-installing the game to the default path which is:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\
Then try starting Episode 2 again, and see if you are then able to progress without the game crashing.
