Blank Screen on Startup
Purchased the season pass for ps4. The icon was that of Cel Damage HD. When I tried to play it, it just goes to a black screen. Now tried deleting it and it is stuck on Please wait... which has been spinning for the past 30+ minutes. What should I do?

My apologies. Can you please clarify if after you purchased the Season Pass that you downloaded the Game Unlock file (2.5GB size file) available for PS4? If not, you should be able to go to the Playstation Store Website and log into your account. Then using the search bar at the top right of the website, do a search for 'Tales From The Borderlands'. You should see two files for the PS4 that show up in the search results, the PS4 Bundle, and the PS4 Game Unlock. Please make sure that you have clicked on both, and clicked on the 'Download' button on each page to remotely download them to your PS4. Then next time you start your PS4, the Game Unlock file will start downloading automatically.
