Telltale becoming lazy

For some reason they refuse to give me me a refund, I can't be the only only one getting tired of not having there games working properly , not giving us information about it, it so disappointing, we wait so long just to play an episode and it doesn't even work right and the fact there episodes keep getting shorter makes me not even wanna play them anymore. I feel they just care about the money, not even considering if the fans are happy and I'm just tired of it. I hate to say it cause they're games are fun but this is just stupid. I paid for a game that doesn't work. For gosh sakes the website doesn't even work right, what kind of company is this??

  • 5 or 6 days and they still haven't fixed the bugs or issue a public apology this is atrocious.

  • I'm disappointed too.Game of Thrones was the first Telltale Game i bought, and the savegame issue completely ruins it. Come on guys, this can't be so difficult to fix. You can't just release a product, that is not working for so many people. If this wasn't videogames, but coffee machines or something like that, you could not afford doing this. Dozens of videogame websites wrote an article about that problem, and obviously the missing of the "my decision" screen and the fact that the game doesn't save properly is something, that was already there with the release of Episode 1.
    Don't you care at all? Don't you care about your reputation as a company? You behave nothing different than the big players like EA or Ubisoft. Congratulation for that.
