Do you still get to be a ranger? The only reason Gared becomes a ranger is because Duncan tells him to become one...

  • If you don't Duncan about it then they don't think it be like it is, but it do.

  • Duncan already knows about the North Grove, so he probably thinks of it himself rather than Gared prompting him to do so.

  • How can you Duncan about the North? Is it a new verb? I Duncan, you Duncan, he/she/it Duncan? :D

  • XD

    Fixed.

  • If Duncan knowing about the North Grove is important, he'll do regardless of what you say or do, so it doesn't matter.

Maybe you'll end up there anyway, but if you didn't tell Duncan you won't know what to do/will screw everything up?

  • I saw this in a YouTube play through. If you use silence when Duncan asks Gared about the North Grove, Duncan will insist that Gared speak and afterwards the scene will play out as if you had told him anyways.
