There is no problem running the game. I played the 1st episode twice, and while it wasn't the best quality, it still was playable and functioned till completion both times. I've also adjusted the game's resolution and graphics, but there is still no option to download the 2nd episode. I'm not sure what else to do. You recommend playing the game on another computer, but the game will not start on other computers because it won't let me use my log in info since I've already played the first episode on this computer. This has been pretty irritating, given that I've already paid and waited days for your response, only to have it be worth zero help to me. Please don't just reply to apologize and say you're working on the issue. Either resolve the problem or give me a refund. It's a damn shame because I enjoyed the 1st episode so much and have been excited to start this second one.

If you are still seeing Episode 2 as Coming Soon in-game, I recommend uninstalling the game from your computer (This will not affect your save files, you can choose to keep them during the uninstall process), then download the new installer from our website, and install the game using that installer. Then start the game while connected to the internet, and make sure to install the critical patch necessary for Episode 2 to become available to download, and you should be able to download and play Episode 2 successfully.

The installer in your My Games pages was updated, so you would just need to go back to your My Games page, and download the installer again. The Patch can be found in the PC/Mac Patch Download/Install Sticky.
