Episode 1 will not play on iPhone 5

I bought and downloaded Episode 1, but each time I try to play the game crashes within one minute. I would like to try to play on my PC but will not buy the game twice when I couldn't play it on my iPhone. How can I exchange the platform on which I play the game?

    Telltale Mike or any other Telltale employee: Do you know a timetable on a possible patch/update for Game of Thrones for IOS devices. Within the Week, Month, Year????

    haha, try a week or so at the very least....then episode 3 will come out in early April and we will have the same problems all over again....fun times at telltale

    they probably should have made sure their game was going to work before even releasing it.

    they clearly put too much on their plates at once.....borderlands and game of thrones at once? bad choice clearly as both games are buggy....then they announce another game (minecraft)...smart move when your current games need serious attention...people should be working non-stop until patches/updates are released fixing both games.

    good luck, bro....I bought the game on ipod as well and was so angry when it wouldn't work so I re-bought it on PC as well....so telltale gets my money twice...maybe they wanted this to happen.

    greed seems to have gotten to them....anyone who releases a game that doesn't work properly clearly is.

    I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. We are aware of some recent performance issues that some users have experienced with Game of Thrones Episode 2 on iOS devices. We have submitted an update to Apple to alleviate these issues, and are currently awaiting approval. We are awaiting for confirmation that the update is deployed, and when the update is live, you will be able to download it, and your performance issues should be resolved.

    @jed263 Unfortunately we are unable to exchange purchases made on other platforms. I recommend contacting Apple Support for a refund if you wish to play the game on another platform.
