Episode 1 Crash

in Game of Thrones - Android/Kindle Support

I love this game, and I installed the newest episode along with the update.
But now I'm having problems, I'm up to the part where Ethan's twin sister and his little brother are playing tag shouting out his name but it crashes when Talia calls his name.

Please fix it

Playing this on a Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100
with Android OS 4.4.2, if it helps.

    I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Unfortunately it appears that your particular device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 series GPU or equivalent to run the game, your current device uses a Mali-T400 series GPU. This can cause graphical and/or performance issues such as the one you are describing. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.
