Hi, I was really looking forward to playing ep.2 of game of thrones. i emailed the support twice, and no one has replied for over 1 week I put my "sticky" on one of the discussions where a moderator said he would help. but no news yet. the episode still reads as "coming soon" after i downloaded the patch and everything. here's my sticky: https://www.sendspace.com/file/ijmaf0
I'd be so thankful if someone could help me resolve this issue. <3
I have a MAC btw :)

    Happened to me on Windows 8, too. I reinstalled the game and installed the patch again. It started working all of sudden.

    Have you tried to reinstall the game?

    I have done that but all my saves were gone :(. were your saves still there?

    I think you were supposed to backup the save files before you reinstall.

    @Nowadi I apologize for the inconvenience. We have updated the critical Mac patch, and you should now be able to start the game, and download Episode 2 successfully. Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the patch from the Game of Thrones PC/Mac Patch Thread and followed the instructions to install it, and you should be able to download Episode 2.

    I dunno how it works on MAC, but when you uninstall any Telltale game on Windows, the saves remain in your computer and you have to delete them manually.
