Cant get any achievment
Yesterday i have completed half of the 2nd episode and haven't got achievemnts.
Then i reinstalled the game and started the episode again, completed prologue with Asher and again i havent got an achievment for Chapet 1...
I completed 1 chapter for the third time and still nothing..
And i have achievments for episode 1 for example.
So what have i to do and what is the problem?

Don't know, try the support forums, buddy.
I think achievements are dealt with outside the game. Steam, for example, gives you the achievements, not the game-- Telltale achievements are logged outside the game. As with the XBOX and Playstation.
My apologies, please make sure that you have tried closing/exiting the game, and resetting your console. Then after turning your console back on, make sure you are connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live account, and your Achievements section should update to show the proper Achievements unlocked. If you still experience any issues, please make sure that you are connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile while you complete that particular Chapter, and unlock the Achievement.
What do you mean by resetting your console? I turned it on and off and logged out and in.... Please help.
Resetting your console is the same as turning it off, and back on again. Did you not receive certain achievements during your playthrough of Episode 2 of Game of Thrones? Can you please clarify if all of the achievements unlocked during gameplay, but did not unlock on your Achievements list on your Xbox Dashboard, or did the achievements not unlock while playing the game either? Were you connected to the internet during the entire playthrough of the episode?
I've got a similar problem. Just started playing Episode 1 and I got the achievements for completing Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 4, but it says that the achievement for completing Chapter 3 is "still unlocking". Been several hours since that happened. I have turned off my Xbox One console, logged out of Xbox Live and logged back in but it still says that it is "unlocking". It also has the blue bar showing the completion percentage as 100% so not sure why it would not already be unlocked.
I've played several other Telltale games (The Wolf Among Us, Tales From the Borderlands) and this did not happen on either of those. Game of Thrones seems to be a bit buggy as there are times the dialogue gets messed up.
My apologies, depending on your connection speed with Microsoft's servers, it may take a little longer for all of the Achievements to update on your list. Please try turning your Xbox One off, and back on again now, and your Achievements list should now update to show the proper achievements unlocked in-game.
