If you are stuck on a particular Quick-Time Event, can you please clarify where you are in Episode Two that you are stuck? Also, have you made sure to update the game app to the latest version? (Version 1.3 is the latest update available, which released February 12th)
Hello @telltalemike how do we update to version 1.3? I think mine did but i'm not sure. I think I'm stuck in the same place. its in the beginning of the game where Asher and his companion are fighting off a band of warriors who kill his bounty and no matter what asher dies because one of the tap buttons is skipped over so i cant move forward in the game. ive tried unisntalling and installing the game again and restarting the kindle. Any help would be super appreciated. Thanks for your continued support to the community
You can check if your game is updated to the latest version by opening up the App Store app on your iOS device, then tapping on the Update's tab at the bottom right. Then find Game of Thrones on the list, and it will either have an 'Update' button next to it, or an 'Open' button. If it says 'Update', tap that, and the game will update to the latest version. If it says 'Open', then it is already updated to the latest version. If you still experience issues after updating the app to the latest version, can you please clarify which iOS model/device you are currently using, and what iOS version number you are currently updated to? (iOS 6, 7, or 8?)

My apologies for the confusion, in this particular Quick-Time Event, there will be a small circle inside a larger circle. You will need to time the tap so that you are tapping on the icon at the moment the two circles come together to form one circle, then tap the icon. If you tap too soon, or too late, you will fail the Quick-Time Event.

@telltalemike It looks like i am fully updated already and I have a kindle fire (so i guess i'm on the wrong support page oops).
I have the same bug, on Android.
I can grab the sword, but the next quick time event, when the soldier says "f***K you Asher" is unplayable.
