"Episode 2: Purchased but not Downloaded"
The game is telling me the Episode 2 is available, and that it is purchased but not downloaded. I have an internet connection, but when trying to connect to the servers through the game (after clicking on episode 2 to download it), it is unable to connect to the server and says I have no internet connection.
Is there any way to direct download episode 2 from the website or something?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Currently there is no way to directly download the episode from this website. Please make sure that you have closed any and all programs running in the background on your computer at the time you attempt to download. You can also try resetting your internet access point to ensure you have the strongest connection possible.
