Told to ask for refund but no reply to e-mail about it...

Hi,

On an early thread checking mouse drag issues in the game I was advised to ask for a refund as my Surface Pro 2 was apparently not up to playing the game (although it had no problems with WAU). I e-mailed about two weeks ago to ask for a refund but have had no reply. Please can you let me know how to go about getting the refund.
