I downloaded and installed episode 2. Everything worked fine until it told me I needed to download the update. Now when I try to start the game it won't connect to the server. I've tried logging out of my account and logging back in and it didn't help. It just stays on the connecting to server page without the gears spinning. I really don't want to re download this if I don't have to. I'd really just like to play the game I paid for now.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. This appears to be a common issue that can occur after updating/installing a game on an Xbox One. You can read more about this particular issue in This Article. If you start the game, press A to continue, and you become stuck on the loading screen, please try hard resetting your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Then start the game again and you should not experience the issue anymore.
