No visuals
I recently purchased this game on the play store and was really looking forward to playing it. Unfortunately every time I try to load it the screen is black. The sound still works completely and I can see the menu writing at the beginning but when I try to play episode one the frame appears, sound plays, font appears but the characters and scene do not show, leaving the screen black.
I do not know all that much about tech but I'm pretty sure that it meets the requirements, if I'm wrong can someone please enlighten me. If that's not the issue how do I go about fixing this problem?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately it appears that your Android device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses an Intel HD GPU which is unfortunately not a supported graphics chip. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements if you have the ability to, or contacting Google Play Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.
