I showed Wallace that Gromit is in the Muzzler, what do I do now then?

P.S.: Don't you think that it's funny that it's Wallace who helps Gromit this time.

    Go around and talk to people. Think about ways you could break Gromit out.

    Hi All
    Use the fortune cookie machine to get a message that says "you are neglecting your duty like an abandoned dog".
    Use it on the constable but he can't hear it.
    You need to get it amplified so he can hear it, I think you can work out how:)
