Warehouse shipping times?

A quick question...

I ordered the Sam & Max Surfin' the Highway Limited Edition Hardcover on the 15/6/09 and in my order history it says the book is yet to be shipped from the warehouse.

I understand that with me being in the UK it might take a while to get to me but how long does it usually take to get it out of the warehouse?

Orders containing in stock items usually ship about 2 days after they're placed. I think your order has probably shipped already, but we never got notification of it from the warehouse (which is what causes the shipping confirmation email to go out and the status of the order to change on your account). I have emailed them to ask about it.
