I dowloaded Lost Lords for the XBOX One and it says it is complete but when I go to play it it says that it has not yet been installed. What should I do?

@AmidtheClementine Can you please clarify if you have also purchased and downloaded Episode 1 of Game of Thrones? You will need Episode 1 to be purchased and downloaded, as Episode 2 is only accessible from the Base Game within Episode 1. If you have purchased Episode 1, as well as episode 2, please open the Game of Thrones game, and go to the Episodes Menu from the Main Menu, and make sure that Episode 2 says 'Purchased and installed'
