Can't communicate with tell tale servers
Hi,
I've had a lot of problems trying to get the game to run, but I've finally managed to get past the frozen black screen where I have to do a hard reset. I managed to do so by playing it in compatibility mode, giving admin access, and turning off my firewall. I open the game through steam, click to begin, but am asked for a username and password. Is this meant to happen if I've bought the game through steam?
In any case, I've signed up to the website, but all I get is a "can't communicate with telltale servers" message when inputting these details. I have tried a few fixes I'd seen below, (ie pressing enter rather than clicking okay, run that debug code thing through cmd.exe), and there's clearly nothing wrong with my net access. I used the capture tool, and here's the link to the files that it produced.

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response, and for any difficulties this has caused. If you are playing the Steam version of the game, you should not be getting a Telltale Games Log In window. If you are, please close out of the game, and restart your Steam Client. Then after Steam has finished opening, click Play on the game again, and before you click on the 'Click To Continue' screen, try waiting a few minutes before clicking to continue. You should then not experience the issue again.
I have similiar problem after downloading episode 3. And I can't play.
